Just to level set with my computer expertise level: it’s low. My computer was malfunctioning in a very generic way and I could offer them few details to help solve. The helpful folks at this location were able to get me in same day to receive my computer. They never attempted to overcomplicate the briefing and were upfront about their timing, diagnosis process, and price to do so. Within their timing estimate and upon completion of their full testing process a few days later, they discovered it was an issue with GPU. They offered multiple options to address and never attempted the hard-sell or upsell. Their suggestion for a fix to my GPU was spot-on and successful and cost exactly what they said it would. Josh, in particular, was communicative in the process and great to work with. 5*, would recommend.

Went in to buy a pc and I showed comparable prices from around at other stores and they danced and laughed at me because he said they are a mom and pop store and if I don’t have the amount they want to get out. Extremely extremely rude business I will never be going back there. I suggest no one else does either.

Honest and ethical people my son gaming pc was having signal problem they told me honestly there is no problem with pc or monitor it was a wrong port hooked up to problem solved 5 out of 5 for being honest and ethical

Very informative and honest. They are really nice. Even will take out your hard drives and destroy them for you if you can't. I had a laptop I couldn't get the hard drive out of and needed it. They did it no charge. I like to give them my electronics to recycle.
