Laptop was running very slow, thought I had a virus, Wes checked it out needed a hard drive….now it’s like new, a pleasure to use instead of a chore. Wes was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and it was very reasonable, a lot less than buying a new one. Definitely will go back again if I need anything.

Last time I took my gaming computer in it was fixed up. Over a year later and all the stuff he did is still great - went back for upgrades. Easy to work with.

I brought in my Dell laptop that hasn’t worked in a year. I worked with Eren Hartman. He was great on the phone and gave me confidence that he would give his best effort to troubleshoot my computer issue. He was very patient and welcoming and FIXED MY LAPTOP! Thanks again! It is hard finding great customer service these days!

Suspected I had a dead/fried CPU on my PC that I had built. I took it by the shop for a diagnostics test, and within 1 business day they had confirmed that the CPU does need a replacement. I recommend this store for any of your computer needs. The staff is friendly, and they know what they are talking about. I had a great experience both visits, and will be coming back if I have any further needs or issues. I recommend you check them out!

Unfortunately, the guy that was working the day we went in was very rude. He talked as if he were the owner, but I’m not 100 percent certain. A few friends and I went in to look at their computers and my brother unknowingly walked into the workstation of the store. There’s no blockage from the front of the store to the back, so it honestly looks like the computers back there were for sale, just like the ones up front. It was an honest mistake, and while my brother apologized and immediately left that area, he then told us he was closed and that we needed to get out. Another honest mistake. It was Saturday and the doors weren’t locked, so we had just wondered in. No hours were posted on the door either. He was still talking to another costumer, who tried to come to his aid to say that he was really good at fixing computers, but the damage had been done. I honestly feel kind of bad for the guy who was trying to salvage the situation. I was kind of hoping to maybe buy a computer from that store, and my friend was too, but I’m not sure if I’ll return. If I do, and I have a better experience, I’ll absolutely come and update this review to something better. But for right now, I’m really disappointed in this place.
