Dropped my phone off on 3/5/24 to have the battery replaced and the guy did an amazing job! He said that my phone frame was broke and when he would go put the screen back on it could crack! But he did very well with it and it didn’t crack!! Also he’s very reasonable!! I highly recommend him!!

On point customer service…I’ve had 15 phones , iPads and computers fixed with these guys. They’ve always done an amazing job. I’ve used them since they were in their old location in loganville. I mostly appreciate how prompt they are on getting my things fixed and going above and beyond. This kind of customer service I thought was a thing of the past. GREAT JOB GUYS 👏👏👏 keep up the good work because I’ll still be jacking up my phones in some new way it seems!🤣 HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER

I had an urgent situation with my smartphone in that the screen had failed. I will say I was "concerned" with the "Drive Through Only" status, but the associate (Chris) was very responsive and diagnosed the issue within 4--5 minutes, advised that the replacement screen would have to be ordered, but that my phone should be ready by 2 pm (it was 1030 am) . I received communication at 145 that phone was ready, and repair was slightly less than the quote.

Highly recommend these guys! They are honest and very trust worthy. Was told by the repair shop down the street that I needed a new charging port and it would take a week to repair but came yo these guys to find out the port just had lint in it and they didn’t even charge me. So glad I came here. The place down the street almost ripped me off
