I had one of the worst experiences ever! These guys tried to charge $240 for a broken screen replacement. It was my little brother who went there first, so he didn’t know better and made a partial payment. I went in later and asked them to return the money, but they only refunded $40 out of the partial payment, without providing the service we originally requested — fixing the phone. I also asked another location at Walmart, and they quoted $150 for the same phone repair. When I told the manager this, he called the first store, and the guy there changed the price without even checking anything. Regardless, $240 is an insane amount for a screen replacement, and they shouldn’t have charged me without doing the work I asked for. I definitely do not recommend this place, and I would give it a zero if I could. It’s not even about the money; it’s the principle! Scam!!!

Brought my IPhone in for a battery replacement. First off it cost me $200. Not even 24 hours later my speaker breaks on my phone. I took it back and they won’t fix the damage they caused from changing the battery unless I want to pay $150. Dont go here, these people are scammers.
