1010Computers

Took my PC to be assembled by them and waited two weeks which was no big deal as that was stated. On the day of pick-up I was greeted by Kaleb who then took my ID and got my device for me, upon getting my device he gave me a paper for a "post diagnostic test" which claimed that my PC case power button was "defective" which was not true at all. After taking my PC home and closely inspecting it they never connected the JFP1 cable to the front panel connector which gives power to my PC's case power button (so it was not defective) they instead had it plugged into a completely different part of the motherboard, they claimed they confirmed everything was plugged in correctly which was clearly not true. After I got home I also got an email claiming that I "confirmed" everything was working properly which clearly wasn't true and I didn't confirm that to anyone (if you tell me that my power button was 'defective' then everything wouldn't be working properly) After taking my computer to a Micro-center they fixed everything for me in less than 5 hours. The customer service was pretty good and the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars.

I needed a data recovery solution for personal files (mostly family photos) on an external hard drive that failed. I give them 5 stars for getting my data back and for being professional. The price was very high in my estimation which they explained was industry standard, but I know that a lot of businesses will default to "industry standard" as a way of charging more than they need to. I don't if that's the case here or not. I want people to get paid what their worth, but if still felt like a high price to me. I would recommend them for their quality of work, but not if your looking for a budget friendly option for data recovery.

My first time there. They were very nice and professional. Nice clean store. They did a great job fixing my daughters computer. It took a little longer than expected and cost a bit more that expected also but still got the job done well. Complaint......Their emails are like 1000 word essays and it's hard to dig through all of the legal jargon to get to the actual topic of the email.
