Very good experience with Computer Exchange!! First time customer, came in with my son and his PC to upgrade his graphics card before Christmas and was treated with the up most welcome we could have! Jenson, thanks young man for the prompt response, help and service! Computer Exchange, kudos for giving him the opportunity to work in the shop while still in highschool to learn from you guys in his journey! I'm in sales myself, and the customer service he and the whole team today provided is certainly what ever retail, repair shop needs not only for the business but the customer as well!! My son and I Left with more than we intended before coming in, SAME day!! Will certainly be a customer moving forward, and don't mind at all referring you guys to folks in computer needs! Thanks again for the help, and wishing you guys a great Merry Christmas and New Year!! Thanks,

They deleted my last review, Purchased a computer, received a spray painted black unit with not factory tags, signs of corrosion, there a po1639 code out of the box. They will not provide a full refund 2 days later, I contacted a employee of theirs in social media and they told me they just get these from wrecking yards and give them a quick flash, no actual board repair, if that’s true, I don’t know. It’s just a claim by the person I reached out to on Instagram. So their business model is to gamble if it works, then if it doesn’t they keep 25% and $50 on top to send it back, 100% unethical, they’re rude, if you question them they get defensive and say that they aren’t liars. Picture shows the “paint job” they apply, spoke to a few others and they all agree that these guys hear it often from their customers who have been burnt by them. 25% & $50 off a $350 purchase is their business model, not trying to offer a solution, be cool about it. Just rude

I recently had a AM5 motherboard fail that I had purchased from NewEgg . I called the Computer Exchange to purchase a new motherboard and case. The staff are knowledgeable and have exactly what I needed for my build. I went home and finished the build and case swap. The rig works flawlessly and so far I've no problems. Pricing is a little high on some products but within reason. Other things I noticed: - They also offer computer repair and return on products is currently a 15 percent restock fee. - They carry Intel, AMD, and Invidia GPUs. ** Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX** - If anyone happens to get a B650 motherboard WiFi capable. The majority of the time it will not connect to WiFi out of the box (this is my second B650). Recommend hardwire connection and updating the drivers for WiFi. WiFi button should then appear. ** If you happen to purchase the one listed above, you can download Gigabyte Control Center it will detect and update the drivers for you. **
