It took three orders to get a replacement screen that worked - but this can be chalked up to the vendor and not the service provider. Both gentlemen I dealt with were kind and knowledgeable. Probably the most impactful aspect (aside from the service) was the engagement with my son. It's always nice when other people are kind to your kids.
