The Mac Space

I highly recommend The Mac Space if you are having any issues on your computer. I had a great experience when I had to take my laptop to be serviced. I was having a software issue that Stephen was able to diagnose and resolve very quickly for me. Great service & super friendly staff. I definitely will be back once I need a new computer. I couldn't recommend enough! Thanks again!

I rarely ever leave reviews but 100000/10 EXPERIENCE ! MacBooks are expensive and I wanted the job done right, so after doing extensive research I came across The Mac Space, read their reviews, and decided to give them a chance. I literally drove all the way from Jonesboro, GA just for them and they did an amazing job. My MacBook had liquid damage and initially I was told that once the Touch ID is messed up only apple can fix that so repairing that is not really probable due to the liquid damage, but they would be able to repair everything else. Just picked my computer up today, my Touch ID still works, my computer is no longer stuck in recovery mode, and the customer service was wonderful. Best Buy Quoted me $900-$1100 for a job they were able to do for less then $300. I love when I find reliable people I can continue to do business with for years to come. Moving forward I will only allow them to work on my apple product repairs. Also prior to me coming here, I called numerous times really asking the same questions to be sure and everytime I was greeted so greatly by different members of their team. One of the days, I meant to drop it off , I called and told them I was coming from Jonesboro and hopefully I make it before they closed .. idk who I spoke with but the lovely gentleman said well just keep me posted we will stay here until you make it ! That alone speaks volumes about their character because they didn’t have to do that. I truly do appreciate everyone that assisted me

I brought my MacBook in with a trackpad issue and the entire staff was courteous and knowledgeable and had my problem resolved quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend their services and would go to them again in a heartbeat.
