Went in with several problems which the tech reduced to simply a boot loop (the boot loop was but one problem). There were other symptoms which should have helped him diagnose the problem correctly as a hardware issue. He replaced the battery, which did not fix the problem. I restored the phone, which also did not fix the problem. Overall, the tech seemed to be following a script rather than deducing what the issue could be from the given information.
