Fred was a miracle worker. We have a new PC with data/files transferred over from the old computer by "the other guys." Whatever they did made it pretty hard to access old programs, connect to the printer, etc. It was a mess. Fred worked his magic and got us up to date and running again. Highly recommend this guy!
