Computer Zone

Best computer repair experience I've had in the Marietta, Cobb County Area. Computer started locking up and Computer Zone found blocks in the hard driver. Replacing the HD with an upgraded drive and reinstalling Windows 11 brought it back to life. I had purchased this laptop from CZ almost a year before and the repairs were covered under their warranty. After picking it up my laptop I had trouble connecting to my scanner, so I called the store for help and the owner came to my home office the next day and made the connection. Who does that! I will continue using Computer Zone due to their work experience, fair pricing and great customer service. BG

Gave my laptop as it was not charging. Was told they will call me in 5-6 days. When they didn’t call for 10 days, I called and was told that they will call the next day. Again I had to call as didn’t get any call. This happened 4 times. Every time they said they will call next day. Finally when I went in I was told it was fixed already but can I come in next day as the person working on it had left and had not assembled it. Next day I was given a laptop with a totally cracked screen.😢😢
