My laptop was hacked Friday while it was snowing and everything was closed. I left them a message letting them know what happened and asked if I can drop it off Monday. They called me back within 5 minutes and talked me through the reset at NO CHARGE!! They also provided advice on other steps I should take to prevent the hackers from getting any of my data! I was not expecting a call back so quickly and certainly did not expect no charges!! I have never used them before and they treated me as if I were a regular customer. My laptop is hacker free and runs perfectly! I highly recommend these guys!!! They obviously CARE about you and provide excellent service! Thank you CompuCareATL!!

Amazing! Honestly, at first I was skeptical because I had already spent months going through several different repairmen to fix my laptop, and spent a few hundred dollars just to be told they don't know what is wrong and I need to pay more for further diagnostics. I called CompuCareATL one time and explained what was happening. They immediately knew, ordered the part, and fit me in as soon as it arrived. I have a pretty busy life and my computer is vital. I couldn't be more thankful.

Great customer service at a very affordable price. I have an iPhone 6S plus that I needed to get the screen fixed so that I could trade it in for a new phone. I spoke with one of the representatives who was kind enough to make sure that they had the repair kit for my phone available, and told me while she was looking that even if it was not readily available they would go get one to make sure that they were able to perform the job for me. I really appreciate her for that. Thankfully they did have a kit that met the needs of my phone available. I asked her what the price was going to be, thinking that it would be upwards of $100. To my surprise, it was $50! I asked her what the availability to have the screen fixed was and she told me she could do it now because it would take her at most 45 minutes. I was really shocked! I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes. I do not know what she did or how she did it, but the screen fixe has made my calls clearer and seems to have also made the phone function better. She was even able to tell me after she fixed it whether or not there was any water damage. Color me impressed, but you do not get great customer service like this today. Will definitely be back and recommending people to them!

Very impressed with service and personal attention. I had some unexpected issues with an SSD installation for my Mac Mini, and Allen took a lot of "extra time" to determine what the problem was and solve it - and all for a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you need some IT help!

Allen, Renate, and team provide excellent computer systems and excellent customer service. They really do care about the satisfaction of the customer!
