My son's laptop crashed, and we took it to MindFire. My son needed it for school, so we were grateful that MindFire diagnosed it and presented our options to us within a day. Unfortunately, his documents couldn't be restored, but MindFire was able to get the laptop running again. Brett gave us some great advice on how to extend the life of our son's laptop and how to better care for it in the future.
