5-Star Review for Cyber Buddy's I can't recommend Cyber Buddy's enough! I brought my custom-built PC to Lee after a nightmare experience with another repair shop. The other place misdiagnosed my issue twice—first blaming the power supply, then the graphics card. I replaced both (spending way more money than I needed to), and the problem still wasn't fixed. When I called them back, they refused to take another look, insisting their diagnosis was correct. Frustrated, I took my PC to Lee at Cyber Buddy's, and he was a lifesaver. Within just 45 minutes, he pinpointed the actual issue—a simple BIOS update! Not only did he fix the problem for $100, but he also took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step. I left with my PC running perfectly and a much better understanding of how it all works. Lee is knowledgeable, professional, and patient. The absolute GOAT of GOATS ☝️ If this were a CW show and Barry Allen broke the timeline Lee is the man I would hire to repair it. On a serious note, this man teaches me something everytime my lack of responsibility puts me in a pickle! He doesn’t overcharge, he assists you in finding everything you need, and won’t tack on extra services to make unnecessary profits.
