Took a 3dsxl a psp and a ds to get fixed has been there since February and I'm told on Sept 25 they're unable to fix it would definitely not be returning destroyed 3 of my consoles definitely do not recommend my ds worked before I took it to them now it doesn't come on I took a 3dsxl there to get the bottom screen fixed has been there since February the psp I took worked wanted to replace shell now directional buttons do not work I went through several staff members on this project now I'm told because it's old they're unable to fix it and my devices were Even not put back together

My screen shattered and I was frantically looking online to find a reputable company to fix it. I found IKrack and I am so glad that I did. Their service was fast and the price was right. If you have a cracked screen, give them a call!

I am very disappointed in the way you work. Every time I come I have to pay once. The first time I pay 30 dollars. It’s the first time you put it on the screen and you didn’t do well either. and you told me i need to replace some part to get the screen, i still agreed and had to pay an extra 70 dollars. I still agreed, and the third time I came to get my laptop. And you changed a broken screen for me. but before that my screen was fine. As you said it was broken. It was due to your repair process, it was not my fault at all. and the 3rd time i came to pick up my laptop i was completely disappointed because you changed a broken screen for me and you told me it would cost me another $65 to get a new screen.If you had told me I needed a new screen at first I probably wouldn't have been so disappointed. You are a businessman, and so am I, but I won’t make money from customers and do it your way.

This company was a lifesaver. The rep knew exactly what was needed to fix my phone issue. You may have to wait a day or two due to them having to order parts however it's well worth it rather than the cost of buying a whole new phone.
