They act confident with no competence. These guys told my boss there was less than a 1% chance, that they would break his phone. After waiting for an hour, he goes to pick it up, and the repairman didn’t break the glass but broke the LCD, which is MUCH harder to do. As a former repair tech myself, I’m disgusted that they wouldn’t have the capacity to work on modern iPhones, the easiest and most common in the industry. Even if there was debris as he reported, clean it before you open it. Have some pride in your work. I highly recommend you do not take your devices here unless you want them to come back in worse condition.

This place is awesome, I took my sons phone there to get the screen crackedI asked them if they could test the battery also and they said yes. Came back an hour later and everything was fixed and they said the battery was completely fine. I really believe 9 out of 10 places would have said it needed a new battery when it didn't. They seem to be pretty honest. Three weeks later I brought my gaming laptop in, they were super helpful and let me know it was my motherboard. I kind of already knew that but wanted a professional to check it out just incase it wasn't. They answered all my questions. They were very easy to talk to and explained everything. I chose not to get it fixed as the part alone (I verified), cost like $160 less than the exact same laptop at best buy. You would think their job was done there but they were still helpful in answering my questions about other laptops I have researched in the last couple days. Even though this place was kind of far from where Iive, I think it worth making the drive. Thank you.

I originally had a great experience here but about a year after they fixed something for me, I found out that they actually caused a mistake that caused A problem with my home button (it was not all there fault it was on me as well ) but it caused my home button to not work properly and I had to get a new phone over it. they caused a mistake that they should’ve seen and fixed I do not recommend them because of this.

Excellent and fast service, I always use the Warner Robins CPR location but I was in and out before they closed on a Saturday for a screen protector for my daughter’s iphone. I like the location and I will definitely come back. The lady that helped me was really knowledgeable and friendly. A+ service
