Experience was extremely lack luster. Only one worker here so do not expect things to get done with haste. Customer service was terrible, doesn’t seem like the guy wants to be there. He will not answer phone calls during work hours and isn’t even there half the time. But he will tell you he’s been working on your issue which of course adds to your labor. My advice, if your problem is not a simple one DO NOT COME HERE. There is a boost mobile in Austell with a Hispanic man name Antonio who has great costumer service + is a wiz with computers.

A first class service by an absolute gentleman. This man saved my computer for $30 in under eight minutes when other "experts" told me it was locked forever and unfixable and to throw it away. An honest straightforward service, from the second I put my device in his hands he told me he would do his best said it was old technology but he would see what he could do and how much it would cost upfront, no shady BS lazy story just a willingness to work and fix my device for a fair price, and he was just as polite, patient and decent to the other customer who went ahead of me in the queue. I wish there were more stars as I would give this guy six stars. A sincere thank you for a perfect experience. I would return any day.

Do not go to this business. 1. The hours are posted online and the open sign is turned on do you think they’re in the building? Nope. I came by here twice and nobody was there. 2. I dropped my laptop (only 1 year old) for diagnosis and he said I needed a new hard drive because mines was almost at capacity. We discussed that and when I said alright on the phone I was about to ask another question he hung up on me. So I called back and said maybe it was my phone (gave him an out) and asked him if he would scan the documents for vulnerabilities and he said yes and we properly ended that call. 3. When I called to ask about status I also wanted to know if he sold docking stations. He said my computer isn’t compatible with a docking station and I would need a “business type computer” I said ok. This is not true. Docking stations can be universal and they are not always the kind you sit your laptop on. I should’ve known something was wrong right here. 3. When I got my PC back he left out my Logitech adapter which I needed to attach my external keyboard and mouse. Went up to the place and of COURSE he was closed. I tried to give him feedback and he offered nothing but excuses. 4. My shift button no longer capitalizes all of the letters on the keyboard only some. When I told him about it he went in and tested them out in word and saw a dialog box come up about “sticky keys” and he claimed that was the issue but he tested it after that and it still didn’t work. Of course he offered more excuses saying he doesn’t take the computer apart “like that” and he didn’t touch the keyboard. I shut the laptop and said “it’s ok don’t worry about it have a good day.” It would’ve been a futile effort to argue with him because he clearly didn’t know what to do. If he did he would’ve done it.This is a new laptop maybe only 1 year old. You can still buy it at Walmart. I say all of this to say this doesn’t seem like a very well run business and the technician/owner doesn’t seem to be well versed on all things PC related. I would find another shop. Update: He has sent a message stating customer service is their utmost priority and he would be willing to fix anything wrong with the laptop. I called him and again I was met with excuses about him going out of his way to fix my device on his off day (I never rushed him), he didn’t have a chance to troubleshoot, etc. I told him I wasn’t looking forward to doing any additional business and would like a partial refund to get my pc repaired. He said he would see if he can do that and will reach back out on Thursday. Update: It is now Friday July 25th and I have not heard from Bon (owner) about any resolution or partial refund. Update: Still no refund but I received my hard drive back. He wanted to argue about it initially but I shut that down stating there was sensitive information on that drive and needed it to properly store it. Also, my pc ended up messing up so bad on me because he pushed Windows 11 on it and it was supposed to have Windows 10. I had to have another PC repair person come to my house to fix it. He was amazing.

This young man knows his craft. He has great listening skills and very cordial. Most importantly he met his estimated repair time and his rates are genuinely fair. His business is favorably located & easily accessible right on Veterans Memorial.

I live in Mableton and being able to find the businesses that I need, in the community that I live in, is very important to me. I have needed my laptop keyboard fixed for some time, and I was able to order the part and get the part replaced at the same place. I am a student and was struggling typing on a keypad that had a broken T, Shift key, backspace and much more. But the owner made the fix so simple and explained as much as I could understand. Hearing his story about how he got into this line of work was also enlightening. I will be back to purchase an additional laptop from him!
