Xavier is the laptop guru. He was able to setup an appointment in a timely manner. In that same day of my appt, he quickly diagnosed my laptop issue. The part came in a 3-4 days. That next day, I brought my laptop back. He promptly fixed it in 3 hours! Xavier even cleaned my exhaust fan as a bonus! His service was friendly, professional, and the pricing was reasonable!
