The best computer shop in Georgia hands down. The IT team understands hardware, software, and system programming in a way I haven’t experienced from any other computer shop in the state. I cannot recommend them enough for any computer issue you’re having. They have on multiple occasions quickly and inexpensively fixed problems other shops have told me were impossible to fix.

I had a really great experience my letter popped of a computer I paid $600 for last year. Best Buy said my warranty ran out they would need to send it out and it’ll take 4 weeks. I took it here they fixed my computer, great timing, excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

As an older person with limited computer knowledge I am pretty much at the mercy of professionals in this area. I've only had to return a handful of times since they obtained my first lap-top for me almost 20 years ago( Because they set me up with the simple, user-friendly device I needed that was hard for me to mess up.!) Today I took my lap-top in, unable to get it working, and before I had driven home they called to say the problem was minor, fixed and ready for pick-up. I'm very aware that in today's world there are dishonest business, and elsewhere it's possible I could have incurred major expenses and been told I needed a new computer. I am extremely grateful for their expertise and honesty. They know their stuff!

I called them because I was concerned that my PC was infected with malware/virus. They answered my questions adequately as did the other shops I spoke with , but they also had the most reasonable prices. They were great about taking the time to educate me before I was even a paying customer, showing that they really care about helping you become a wiser technology user. They ran a diagnostic and found that there were in fact infections on my device. So they backed up my data and then reinstalled my OS so that any installed malware was wiped off - ensuring my security and peace of mind. They acted as a computer mentor guiding me through the process and letting me know what to look out for next time. I feel more at ease having hired them, and will definitely call them again when I need help. I highly recommend this shop, they treat their customers right.

It was my first time visiting this place for help and the lady who tended to me, Amanda(?) i believe, bless her, was very kind and i felt more comfortable leaving my desktop in their hands. The price I believe was very reasonable! And when i brought my desktop home, it worked so well and as good as new. Overall i enjoyed my experience! I will definitely come back.
