Jason was our tech and was excellent! First, they call the evening before to confirm the appointment. Jason, then contacted me at the start of his day and kept me updated on his arrival time as something had come up. He showed up when he said and went straight to work. I had the front and back of a phone repaired and he did it in under 30 minutes. Plus n the battery was replaced for free with my plan. It looked better than new when he was finished and works just as good as before! I have never had a phone broken or repaired before and this was a painless experience from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jason again in the future for any tech repairs we may need. Thank you!

Jason was amazing, he went above and beyond fixing my phone. I love that they were able to come to my job to fix my phone. I just wanted my screen replaced but he also changed my battery and re-did my water resistant packing.
