Abhi is the Best!!! He was able to order the screen for my laptop quickly and fix it in a record time! Considering that I had a plane in a few days, this was a race against the clock but I was able to return home with my laptop fixed thanks to Abhi! He even noticed another issue as I was using an adapter too weak for the laptop and suggested me to buy another one, which I did and I can really notice the difference. He is also a great communicator.

As a former PC tech, I appreciated their quick turnaround and attention to detail. They managed to confirm my issue (bad power supply) and tested the rest of my hardware. They caught some of my lazy mistakes in some of my work, and shored those up. They also did some preventative maintenance to prevent further damage for some messed up USB ports. The cost was more than very reasonable for the service they provided. Overall they absolutely deserve their 5 stars!
