So this is the way to go if you need your computer repaired. The service was excellent, the quality of the repair was superb, and I would definitely recommended you this repair service! Despite the incliment hurricane weather, I was able to receive my Macbook Pro back in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I was sent in on a Monday and repaired on Saturday! I had a bad crack from the bottom of my screen, and I can't even tell that I was broken! 5 out of 5 stars!

I have had two computers fixed by Lucent Computer. One had a software problem that I could not fix because it would not start. The second one had hardware power supply problems. I could not keep it running and I had no way to determine what hardware was broken because the diagnostic software could not identify the defective hardware. Lucent Computer fixed both problems quickly.

This man is the worst computer repair person ever. I took the computer in to get the screen replaced and he tried to be slick and it looks like he tried to glue it back together and the entire Screen fell off. When I took it in he tried to charge me for another repair when in fact it was never fixed! He scammed me out of $200.00 #lucent # computers Do not do business here! The entire screen fell apart after a week which clearly meant he didn’t no how to fix it. 00000 Stars I’ll be posting this on all the social media sites as well!
