We were told by our IT company that we needed to purchase a new laptop since the current one was done for even though only 3 1/2 years old. Went to Henry for a second opinion. He repaired the issue and have not had any problems since. Great job!

I try my best to patronize local businesses. The service I received from HL was impeccable! I was contemplating buying a new laptop … glad I took it in. I received my laptop back within 2 days, fixed! Henry kept me in the loop of what the problem was & how long it would take to fix it. I’m completely satisfied with his service! HL Computer was very nice and hospitable to me. I had an issue with a corrupted external HDD drive. I was devastated since all of my pictures were contained in that drive. I was appreciative of Henry for recommending a SSD drive. He explained the difference between it and the HDD drive. I was on pins and needles waiting for a response as to whether my pics could be retrieved. I was relieved when Henry informed me that he was able to retrieve all of my pics. I purchased a SSD external drive and provided it to Henry to download my pics to. Now the only part that was a little difficult to swallow was the price tag that came along with it. It cost me an additional $195 to get my pictures retrieved and downloaded on the new SSD drive. I didn't have a choice because that is the only way that I would get access to all of my pictures again. But I can't help but have felt taken advantage of since I was between a rock and a hard place. I was told that the $45 fee for analysis would be applied to the work. It just seems as though it was in addition to. Great work, I would just monitor the pricing.

Took my wife's laptop to HL Computer as it was very slow to boot after a recent Windows update. Henry and his team found the issue and resolved the problem in about 24 hours after dropping it off. When I went to pick it up, Henry went over what he did to fix the issue and discussed some things that we could do to keep the laptop running smoothly going forward. The laptop is working great now. Many thanks to Henry and HL Computer!!

My laptop/tablet locked me out and wouldn't allow me to reset my password. Henry at HL Computers was able to unlock my computer, without having to do a factory reset, which is what I told I needed to do by the manufacturer. Henry also shared valuable knowledge with me regarding my laptop/tablet. The price was reasonable and I got it back the same day. In by 10 am, ready for pickup at 4pm.
