The owner of the ship was very friendly and explained to me that they work directly with the client. They do not accept insurance claims of any kind but do offer very competitive when it comes to any of their repair options. However the only product line they do not work with is Microsoft, but I recommend you call in or stop.by if you have any questions regarding repairs or if he may recommend if it is something they do not do there.
