They kept giving me a date when my phone would be ready. It wasn't ready when they said it would be. I found out they had sent my phone to another location to be worked on. They didn't fix the phone. They kept the new battery they charged me for and then offered me a refund later and when I wasted my time to go back up to the store for the refund they told me they would only give me store credit but I don't plan on doing business with them anymore in the future.
