I recently had the pleasure of having Brandon to come to my home to fix my phone screen. This was actually his second time being our technician and I couldn't be more impressed each time. Both experiences were outstanding. He was not only incredibly nice but also very informative, taking the time to explain the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. Brandon helpfulness made me feel at ease, knowing I was in good hands. What stood out the most was how fast he completed the job; he completed the repair much quicker than I anticipated, without compromising on quality. It's rare to find such a dedicated and skilled technician. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone in need of phone repairs!

I visited the store today, Theo helped me. He was polite, friendly and professional. Told me my options, completed the repair ahead of time and explained my warranty after. Definitely going to be my first choice in the future should I have a need for electronic repair in the future.

Vanessa did a great job. Saved me a good deal of money. I was ready to purchase another phone but after looking at it she said let me try something. So $28 later, and it works as good as I could expect. Will definitely recommend.

The techs exhibited excellent customer service. I was supposed to have a tech come to my home from Asurion, but the tech was going to be three hours late so I called Verizon and they gave me another appointment with uBreakiFix within the hour. The customer service agent at uBreakiFix called me to not only confirm, but to make sure that I was on the way so that they can assist me. When I got there, I was helped and under five minutes and was informed of all of the information I needed. The customer service tech Was very helpful and polite. The service was done in the correct amount of time that was given to me and my pick up was seamless. Thank you for a great customer service again.
