I have taken my laptop for repair to Chuck many times... he keeps you informed of his progress & is always diligent to get the repair done as quickly as possible. I was extremely happy with the help that I received from this shop. I had purchased a new m.2 drive for my PC, only to realize I did not have the m2 screw needed for installation. They were very helpful in providing me with a spare screw. When I got arrived, they refused to allow me to pay for it. For them to be this helpful to a non-paying customer, I cannot imagine how great they would be for a paying customer!

Chuck and Alpha Computers are absolutely amazing. They are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and go above-and-beyond to help their customers. Chuck stepped in to help my family with an urgent computer issue and went on-site to their home. He promptly diagnosed the problem, went to a store to buy needed equipment and installed all in the same day! He put my family at ease and just took care of the problem. My whole family trusts and respects Chuck and we will go direct to him for any and all future problems!

Amazing experience with Chuck! I've asked for his assistance a few times now and he is always fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The first time he came to my house to diagnose and clean up some problems I was having on my desktop computer. He had the parts I needed on hand and optimized it. The second time was to fix my kids laptops which was done with equal efficiency. Highly recommend Alpha Computers for anything you need help with regarding your computer. We will definitely be back when/if new issues arise!

Just an exceptional computer store to work with. They can fix almost anything and their extensive knowledge and experience is far superior to any big store places. They take the time to explain everything and don't try to over fix and over charge. If you have a problem, this is the place to go. They also sell most anything you need.
