Ben helped me on my first visit to the store. I had taken my 82 year old mother’s phone to be unlocked. He was so courteous, professional and extremely helpful in talking me through the process. All worked out and the phone was unlocked at a very reasonable charge.

Came in an hour before close and I was willing to come back for a more convenient time, but he said he'd have it completed by 7. That it took a bit longer wasn't an issue. Because their inventory was wrong I was told I couldn't leave with my phone after the repair was complete. That was NOT an option. He got approval to work 2 extra hours to reverse the repair, but I was already soured on the company at this point. PLUS they don't even offer any kind of discount or compensation when things go wrong on their end and waste the client's time. He practically threatened to call the cops if I attempted to leave with my phone but they were the ones at fault and I was not where near that point of frustration. And let's not forget the 2.5% "CONVENIENCE FEE" for using a credit card to pay for a repair. That is NOT convenient when most repairs are $$$$. VERY few stores still charge customers to use a credit card. That needs to end.

Parts of the visit were very good when I was finally waiting or. It was the same as a bank with 1 teller, and the customers kept wanting to talk about all the electronics that need repaired that are not with them. It is very time-consuming at certain times when only 1 technician can a 10 to walk in business. It was a very wonderful repair experience for me. I recommend these people. Very Good job.

Benjamin, the technician that helped me with my computer problems, was so knowledgeable on what to do, how to do it, and how to make the system work with my old computer to my new computer that it was basically simple. Every step of the way, Benjamin was able to guide us to what we needed to do and how it would be installed and how it would work. Could not have done this without his help. I will definitely recommend this location and Company to all my friends whoever is having any type of issues with their computer. He is thoughtful professional, considerate to your own finances, and willing to help and direct you wherever you need to do and their overall pricing was extremely reasonable. Again, I would recommend them to anybody that's needing any type of computer repair in the near future.
