I took my son’s gaming computer there to the one in Hiram. Told them that it was, “Blue screening” and they said they could fix it and they would call me when it’s ready. They never called, so after a few days I called them and they said yes it’s ready, did no one call you? I told the lady no, they didn’t. I go pick it up and they said that it was fixed. Time it home, hooked it up. My son want playing an hour and it started blue screening again. I called you there and complained and they had their manager call me back. She did apologize, and said that I could get a refund for the yearly agreement that I paid for. She told me that she would call me again to let me know that she was there and I never heard back from her. So I called back up there to soak with her about the refund and she never seems to be there. So be careful if you take a computer up there. Maybe look for another computer repair place first. If you can’t fix something, then just let the customer know so they can find someone else, but don’t lie to the customers face and tell them that it’s fixed

I took in my outdated computer because the screen stopped working. The guy was nice and said that because it was an old windows that they dd not service it but gave me a referral. He also said that if I purchased the computer from Best Buy that they would transfer the data on my old computer to the new one for free. Fast forward 2 weeks...I made my appointment to transfer my data. Online chat said that there would be a $99 fee. I explained what the guy said at Geek Squad and chat said that each store has their own policies and promos so it could be different but that's what the standard is. I take it in and sure enough it cost me $99+ to just get my data transferred. Since I did not know of any other place nor had the time to start looking around I was stuck paying. Geek Squad is a racket! They charge an tremendous amount of money for things that really are not difficult to do but because they know someone may not have the equipment to do - so they can charge. I wouldn't mind paying it if I had to. But, the main reason I bought the new computer was because the other guy told me that my data would be transferred for free. BTW ... 1) When I did start to look around I found out NO OTHER place charges for data transfer if you bought the computer at their place. 2) My aunt who lives in Savannah pays for the GeekSquad year membership and has the similar problems with getting help there too.

Geek squad just delivered and mounted our new TV. Sergio and AJ were amazing. Not only did we receive good quality service, but they took the time to show us the features of the TV. They were very thorough. Not sure if this post will go to them, but they covered most of north GEORGIA!

Do not let them touch your car! I had a remote start installed in my car a few weeks ago. They did a bad job. The steering wheel seems to have been removed and put back on in such a way that now it scrapes the steering column when I turn and has become damaged. I can't unlock the door with my key fob anymore. I have to put the key in the key hole like it's the 80's. The car starts if I accidentally click my key fob twice when locking my doors. And worst of all is now my car doesn't even start consistently. I thought I was stranded at the gas station yesterday because my car wouldn't start again after I got gas. I kept trying over and over for about 8 or 9 times and then it finally started. I'm very upset because I've tried to call 5 times and speak to a manager but they won't get me to a manager and no manager will return my call. I guess I will have to just drive all the way to Hiram to request to speak to a manager in person to remedy this situation. I will update this review to at least post what they do to rectify this if someone there will contact me. So far I've only expected bad work and worse customer service from them. Do not trust these people with your car!
