Michael was a great help in figuring out my computer issues. His analysis as well as his computer knowledge were exceptional. Very confident and knowledgeable in the rim of computers. Michael was able to diagnose the problem with my laptop and less than two minutes pop out all the screws fix the chip and slap it all back together. It was an outstanding service.

Absolutely amazing. We were told by a different company that the computer was useless and that we needed to buy a new one. We called them and Michael said let me look at it and I'll get back to you in a few days. 2 day turn around and the computer works amazing. It's my husband's gaming computer. We got awesome Antivirus software and a great explication of how to use our computer to the best of its ability as well as safety tips for his game mods and such. Very professional and highly knowledgeable. I can not give a glowing review that gives him justice. I'm very thankful. Never will go anywhere else. Price was amazing for the service. 100% happy

Incredible customer service and value. Like many others I contacted Certified Computer Systems based on the excellent reviews and was not disappointed! I had been having BSOD errors on my PC for over a year and was ready to pull my hair out! Michael is extremely knowledgeable and honest, which can be hard to come by in this business; I told him what was going on and he gave me my options over a single phone call. After analyzing my log files he pinpointed exactly what pieces of hardware could be causing it and gave me sound advice on the cheapest course of action. He is definitely the best around and for a great price that saved me from buying parts I didn't need. Will be calling again for my computer needs and you should too! Thank you!
