Terrible experience overall to replace glass on the back of my phone. The part came in on Christmas Eve while I was out of town. I came into the store as soon as I could on the 29th and was told they could not fix it before they close which was in five hours. I will be going out of town again and asked them if they could hold the part and was told no. I asked if I could take the part with me and they said no. I had already completely paid for the part. I asked for a refund and was only given a partial refund. The associate there had nothing else to work on, he was just sitting there eating chicken wings.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. took the phone in on 12/03 for a repair. during a back glass repair on my husbands phone, they broke his display. he has an iphone 14 pro, which uses an OLED display. when we picked up the phone, we were told they replaced it with the “cheapest display they could get” and i asked if it was still an OLED display, i was told yes. took the phone back today due to it overheating, the battering draining, & the screen lagging and we were told that actually they put an LCD display in it (which is NOT THE PROPER PART) and if we wanted the same part that we had originally in it, we would have to pay the difference. we said absolutely not, we didn’t break it & the original part should have been replaced anyways. the display we had was $300 and the one they replaced it with was $45, which is such a cheap part it’s ridiculous. we asked for a refund of the repair they did originally because now we have to find someone competent to fix his phone & they would only give us a partial refund. they subtracted the price of the back glass from what we paid and refunded us about half of our money. these people are liars and scammers. they’ll break your phone, give you a cheap replacement, & then act like they just can’t fix it with the correct part.

Always a great experience. I am there frequently since I’m horrible with screen protectors 😅. I never get looked down on and everyone is super friendly! I don’t go anywhere else for screen protectors because they are the best!!!! I’ll see y’all soon cuz I broke the current one already 😆
