If I could put a zero star I would. I took a $3000 piece of music equipment to Tim with Your Geek in November 2023 and they ruined it somehow. Screen stopped working and unit was unusable. Tim agreed to repay me for the unit and closed the store a week later. I have consistently been reaching out for a year to get repaid for my equipment they destroyed but no luck. Use him and Your Geek at your own risk because they are dishonest and will avoid you if they break your equipment. I not only lot my MPC which only needed a simple repair but had to purchase another to avoid losing more $$$ Once again. DO NOT waste your hard earned money with Your Geek and go to a properly insured computer shop!

He is very friendly and efficient. He understood our problem and came to a quick solution We were able to get our computer back on the same day after it shutdown. I had visited before and he performed an upgrade in speed and memory.

I had a great customer service experience. Every issue I had with my IPAD and my computer they were able to fix at a very reasonable price. They are very personable and welcoming. They also take their time with you and explain exactly what needs to be done to take care of all your computer issues. I would recommend anybody I know to please try them out.

They did significant damage to my devices, charged my credit card a huge amount of money and did none of the repairs agreed. They said they were going to replace a screen on an expensive macbook pro with a better screen which I provided. Instead, they destroyed my motherboard, put a screw driver through both internal speakers, destroyed ports, destroyed the connection between the motherboard and the screen, and locked me out of my mac account by pushing buttons. I brought 3 total devices to them for estimates- the expensive mac book pro, an older macbook pro, and an iphone, and they damaged everything and were shady about returning the devices. When I complained they put on christian music, and did eventually return my devices. The young lady tried to tell me someone intentionally tried to sabotage my computer before I brought it to her, which is definitely not true. I tried multiple times to reach the owner. This is the worst repair shop imaginable. They void any warranties I have and completely destroyed 2 out of 3 devices and damaged all the devices. They did 1000s of dollars worth of damage, did not do the repair we agreed on after the estimates on the 3 devices, and kept trying to charge my credit card for an outrageous amount.

I have been doing business with Your Geek for over 2 years now. Always a POSITIVE experience and always HONEST with me about what needs to be done. Super FRIENDLY STAFF always greeted with a smile. They have fair AFFORDABLE PRICES and go out of their way to make sure that I am happy and taken care of. Only repair shop I trust my devices with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
