They are very short staffed. But the manager, who is doing everything, fit us in on the same day we got there. I did have to come back for a part. I initially went because I had a dead pixel in the middle of my screen. But the night I picked it up I noticed a tiny air pocket, I flattened it out... but now the whole middle of my screen is bubbling up. The manager told me to come back in and they will fix it. So hopefully the next one will be perfect. I'd rather deal with the dead pixel than this darn bubble. But I'll get it fixed this week.

Wasted my afternoon. Made an 1-2pm appointment. No call, no show. They can never answer the phone. Shows no one is here. Lights are on but no one here. They just need to close shop. This isn't the first time, by the shops around it. Couldn't even get the USPS that showed up. Seems lazy

Can I give 0 stars??? Waited weeks and still never got our phone fixed. Excuse after excuse. First excuse manager left and took all spare phones and they still could not fix anything. Then their machine was down. Then we don't have the parts. Excuse after excuse.

Unfortunately this location has been closed. Even more unfortunately for me, I shipped my Samsung S22 Ultra in for a Samsung Care Plus service that was arranged by Samsung itself under warranty. I called the afternoon before the closure to verify they had received the parts from Samsung for the repair. Maybe the Mgr wasn't aware of the pending closure the next day. But that seems unlikely. Now one week later and my phone, which was stored to be fixed the next day and shipped back the following is in limbo. And the Care Plus Mgr is on vacation for a week. Not the best of experiences. I called their corporate office and was told that it sold be escalated and that I'd be called by a Supervisor within 24 hours, that was already 2 days ago. No calls as of yet. Had I received a call I would've been more understanding. I might have left a 3 Star. Now its already 6 pm, so I Doubt I'll get a call today. I can understand the need for keeping a store closure on the down low. Maybe for fear of parts growing wings. But it has now been 1 week. I should've had the phone back maybe last Saturday, at the latest Monday. Hence my 1-Star rating. ------- Updated 04/12/23 8 PM ------- Well, my phone was returned, "Unfixed". I found out that I did speak to an Assurion Mgr, but it was just after getting it off surgery, and I didn't even remember ever taking the call due to the effects of the anesthesia. So I will change my initial 1-Star to a 2-SStar review. Final note, because of what all I have gone through, (there is 3 weeks of additional drama, not associated with ubreakifix/assurion), Samsung had taken the "Above and beyond road, and had not only decided to replace my phone, but for the aggravation that this has all caused they even upgraded me from my S22 Ultra to a New (not refurbished) S23 Ultra. I was pleasantly surprised to have discovered that. And this is the type of service that I associate with Samsung. I am not a Celebrity, but definitely feel as though I am being treated like one. Which is a far cry from the "red-headed step-child" I was beginning to feel like. However, that was done by Samsung, not ubreakifix. I

Was preparing to inquire about their services, but when I spoke to the young lady with the curly hair and glasses, she merely scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. Very rude, so I silently decided to take my business elsewhere.
