Lots of choices and very helpful. Happy with purchase. Not happy right now. 6 days in to the purchase, called to ask question about not being able to load my printer. I have 20 plus experience with computers, his response was bring in it in and we can load it for $35. That's not customer service 6 days in to the purchase. I will figure it out, since he wouldn't even offer suggestions. I'm not happy. So far computer has been fine.

*update 2* used these guys for an upgraded build.. and they did not disappoint. (dont try this at home. Let the professionals help you) i used pc part picker and got all my parts for a new pc build..dropped off everything and literally maybe 2-3days later i had a $4,000 build put together for maybe $2000 in parts and 120 bucks for labor (parts i pre ordered myself off various sites) we plan to use these guys for computer builds for our kids this coming Christmas... if you need a new gaming build or just tech work done on your pc, these guys are the best in the Chattanoog/north GA area.. *update 1* The owner and staff apologized and corrected all my issues and concerns. i have upgraded from a 1 star to a 4 star due to previous excellent work and service from this company... I dropped a $1000 Lenova Gaming laptop off with this company around the beginning of June for a keyboard repair/replacement. I called them 3 weeks later only for the guy to tell me, "O yea its been ready." Although no one ever called me to let me know. After getting it back home, my wife noticed that her screws to the laptop were not returned/put back into the bottom of the device. I returned to the store to have this completed, and the young man who was there attempted to find similar screws to place back into the coverings. These screws did not fit and, needless to say, punctured a hole through the keyboard and screen of the laptop. It has been in their possession since 6-30-20. To compensate, the young man did replace the screen with a better refresh rate monitor (something my wife has no clue about). She just wants her laptop back. It is now July 9th, and we are waiting for a new keyboard to come in as the last one they ordered was defective. I have had nothing but patience, but I was told it would be rdy in 3 days (3 days ago). When I called this morning to check, I was given the response that it might be rdy tomorrow. The young man on the phone was short with me it felt given everything else we had been through. I would like to contact the owner of this establishment because, at this point, im done calling them begging for information or to see if my computer is done. Sadly, under previous management, I was assisted by the previous manager in a direct issue with a gaming desktop i had built 3 years ago. His service was remarkable and excellent. I am not happy about this service a 2nd time around and will be moving forward with filing a complaint.

Absolutely love the staff and the products. No where had the RTX 30~ series when they came out, these guys did and they didn't price gouge during the electronic parts Armageddon we went through during covid. Amazing place. This is the ONLY store that sells high end gaming hardware around chattanooga. It's worth the drive.

It was quick, easy, and very professional. They even gave good game recommendations if that's what you're into!

I was having issues with my computer a couple of months ago and took it to Best Buy because I have their protection plan. Long story short, they fixed the initial issue while creating another one and their online thing didn't help. Frustrated with them, I took my computer to Affordable Computers (which also happens to be closer) and Josh (I think? He gave me a card so I hope that's his name! Sorry if it isn't.) was able to figure out my issue and get me out the door in fifteen minutes. (It was a simple fix but one I didn't know how to do myself.) A few months later and it is still running great! Thank you!
