Complete Cellphone and Computer Repair

Really disappointed with the service I received here recently. I dropped my computer off do to some possible overheating issues. Looks like this is a personally owned shop and it’s one single person working at this location . He advised the troubleshooting would be just $40 and I could pick it up between two days. Unfortunately several days went by (over 3) and I called for an update , he advised he hadn’t even looked at it yet. Long story short over 2 weeks went by and after several ignored calls I came to pick up my untouched laptop. Wasted time and nothing as little as an apology was offered. I will not be back and don’t advise others to go either. Seems a lot of positive reviews for this location . Maybe I was just unlucky, who knows.

I really try my hardest to support blk owned businesses, but it's things like this that really makes it hard for me to do that. I brought my phone in to get all of the cracked parts fixed. He only fixed the front part of the phone. Ok fine. I can work with that. So i get home and start texting..the new screen doesn't allow me to text fast like I normally would without jumbling all of the words together. I was upset about this. THHHENNN I discovered that my phone started running VERY hot i the charge of the phone no longer last like how it used to. This indicates to me that the technician clearly switched the battery for an older one. When i called he just simply said, "bring it up here and we'll fix it." Thats like going to a surgeon who just botched you and now wants to work on you again for a revision. NEVER. I'll never recommend this shady place to anyone. What a shame.

Listennnn! Phone was almost inoperable due to miserably cracked phone screen. Repair completed within 20 minutes IN and OUT for half of what others charge!!! I was so happy to get phone back I didn't ask about a warranty, get a receipt or anything. LOL I expressed thanks and left. I think there's a 30 day warranty (hopefully I don't need it). Super happy customer!

Wouldn't recommend. Charged me $150 to replace my iPhone 13screen. Constantly had issues with the touch either not working or mis-inputting. I had my phone in my back pocket (like I always do) and when I sat down when screen shattered(I'm also only like 105-110lbs). I decided that this time I would buy the kit off Amazon and do the repair myself. When I got the screen off first thing I noticed was missing screws the gasket was also ripped and missing in some areas. Please go somewhere else or do it yourself don't get scammed.
