Went to the store in Fayetteville. The manager was Fantastic, I watched him help an older French guy, and older Hispanic lady with patience and understanding as the language barriers were challenging. He also helped me, in-between answering my questions fast and thorough. When I walked in and there were many people. I thought oh great this is going to take forever, but I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend this place!

Omg…. I had the best customer service. I went in to see about getting my screen repaired on my I-phone. They were able to fix it within a hour in Christmas Eve. Camielle was very knowledgeable and went over all my options. Ever need a repair go check them out.

I always receive top quality fast and efficient service when I have taken my laptop and phone for service at Ubreakifix. I have never been disappointed with their service so I just keep going back ( especially when I Keep breaking my phone screen). Additionally, I have found their prices ate lower than other places.

First off, the people working in there have no customer service skills. Everyone that I encountered seemed as if they didn't want to be there. So unprofessional. Secondly, I paid $400 in November to have my phone repaired as unfortunately I did not have insurance on it. I was told at the time that there was a 1-year warranty on the screen and to bring it back if I had anymore problems with it. Well, low and behold the same issue occurred again less than two months later. So I return, the phone was inspected and there was no physical damage whatsoever. The lady helping me told me she had to get approval from the manager to proceed with the repair but he was not available at the time. She said she would call once she got the approval and I could bring the phone back the next day. I leave and I'm halfway home when I receive a call asking me can I come back because they "forgot" to run a diagnostic test. That should've been a red flag because why wouldn't you run the test while inspecting the phone?? I return to the store for the diagnostic test and was told the test showed that phone had been dropped 15 TIMES since it was repaired in November. That was a big fat lie!! I'd been extra careful with the phone since paying that $400. Long story short, they refused to honor the warranty and now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly and out of $400. Never will I return again! And for the record, while in the waiting area I witnessed one of the guys begging customers for positive reviews and even writing the reviews for a couple of elderly people so all these "5-star" reviews you see may not actually be the truth.
