Initially, I could not find the product that I was looking for, and there apparently, we no associates available to assist me. I purchased the laminating sheets with 50 in a pack for about $40. While the product has been durable and useful for what I needed it for, the price was about $10 too much for 50 sheets. I also had to wait about 7 to 10 minutes for someone to check me out but the gentlemen who seemed to be a manager was very apologetic. He provided good customer service and I appreciated that. I usually don't have a problem with receiving assistance or checking out so I'm guessing being short staffed played a big part in my experience in the store that day.

The service in this store has experienced a continued decline over the years. The staff who all talked about company policy multiple times, failed to consider customer service. A simple shipping inquiry that could have easily been taken care of; resulted in 12 minutes in the store in a ridiculous circle of events . I watched employees give detailed instructions to customers on how to you use self-service, but failed to offer actual help. Disappointing, I will just take my business elsewhere. Hopefully customer service training will be a focus soon. Also, the optics of employees standing around while almost everything except check-out is self-service is yet another disappointment. One day soon, brick and mortar stars will realize that customers ARE important.

My rating is not for the excellent service of one employee but is for the remaining staff and their service at this store was extremely questionable. I waited for 25+ minutes for someone to assist me with my return. The Staples rep at the counter called for someone to come multiple times which was ignored by either one of the staff members or the manager. One staff member who ignored the call was literally feet away at the Travel Ready desk and could have helped me before the next person came up several minutes later. The other Staples employee had a line of other customers at check out which is why they could not help. I literally waited while many others who came after me were serviced. I came when the store was not busy and still had to wait for an employee to help me. The Staples employee who had tried to get someone apologized and said I tried to get him to come over and called him on the intercom and he was like I don’t know why he didn’t answer. This employee who was extremely helpful had to stop his queue to come help me and unfortunately people even left the store because they didn’t want to wait, even though he was helping me under less than 5 minutes with my return process. I appreciate his help and support when the other employees in the store just stood around and did nothing while this young man had 6+ people in line and had to stop what he was doing to help.

Awful customer service. Went in and waited at front desk for help for 15 while all employees starred at me and another woman who was in line and gave us dirty looks. No one who works at this establishment deserves to be employed because they clearly hate their job.

Open hours are not correct. I'm a truck driver and the open hour is 8:00 am (via google) and the recording when calling the store says they open at 9:00 am so I'm having to sit for 45 minutes and my clock has started all because of the wrong time on google. Please correct this when possible so this doesn't happen to another truck driver when delivering here. Thank you.
