GadgetZone Plus- iPhone/Ps5 Hdmi/ Xbox Hdmi/Cell phone/ computer

This was the worst experience that I've ever had with a cell phone repair place ever. I brought my phone in because phone screen was cracked. Spoke with the owner and he said that they could order the screen which would take roughly 2 to 3 Days to arrive. I decided to wait. 3 Days later my screen is repaired and I got my phone back. The screen was glitching in multiple locations. I watched a video on Google and read forums someone said that there was possibly a small wiring piece that wasn't properly connected. I called the shop back and they told me to send over a video of the glitch. The next day I sent over a video but didn't have time to go by the shop because I had to go to work. While at work, I put my phone in my pocket like normal people do and when I took my phone out of my pocket the screen was just completely black. I went back to the shop the next day. When I arrived, the owner stated that this was quite common with the type of screen that I choose for the repair. Then he said stated me nonchalantly that if I would like to upgrade the screen and if the original person gave me that option. This question was quite awkward because he was the original person... He then said that if I didn't upgrade to another screen that this issue might happen every week or so. So pretty much I would have to replace my screen every week... alright.... I told the guy that I watched the video on it and maybe he'd be able to pop off the screen and reset a piece or whatever but he said leave it with him for 30 minutes. I couldn't wait because I had to attend a funeral. I told him I would send my wife to grab it later. Later, my wife called him and he stated that it would take two to three more days to order a new screen and he would have it to replace it. Of course with no other option, I waited. 3 more day passed and with delays from the Storm it was even longer. Finally after 4 days the repair was completed. I went back and picked up my phone and he stated that I would have a warranty on the repair if anything was to happen. Not even 2 full days went by and the screen was cracked again. This time I noticed the screen is not flush to the frame. This time I called the real professional company. They gave me a quote. They also let me know that after market parts do exist but are cheaply made. They only use original Google Parts. Going back, this is way the guy offered me the upgrade for an additional $200 after the fact. Now I'm out of $150 and I'm afraid to even let this company remedy the situation for a third time.
