I need my computers for work, and I trust no one else but this place to help me when an issue arises. Andrew goes above and beyond to help, provides a no muss no fuss service and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary parts or services, but simply offers good advice and suggestions for the future. He slotted me in right before the holidays when my desktop wouldn’t turn on, and had it back to me much earlier than expected. Great trustworthy work from Ace!

I took my iPad to repair a cracked screen, yet worked perfectly. When I got it back the new touch screen wouldn't work when touching it. I returned it and they said it was repaired. A couple of months later, the iPad was doing the same thing but now the home collapsed. I returned it and they were treating it like a new repair because it was passed warranty. I'd have been better off with the cracked screen, it least it worked. Why have a business if you can't, at least, honor the work you did?? I'll never take business here again.

Andrew and Nicole are extremely knowledgeable about Mac computers. I won't let anyone else touch my laptop. Even though they're in Fayetteville Georgia, they are worth the drive to get quality and honest service.

Andrew is awesome! When my laptop keyboard stopped working, I was so sad about having to replace it because I hate setting up all my software, transferring docs and losing saved passwords, etc. Andrew brought me a new laptop and, within about an hour, had me all set up with the same software, files, profiles I had before. It was so easy!
