The screen on my iPhone had cracked and in order to get it repaired, AT&T informed me they were contracted with “ubreakifix “ for those under insurance to have repairs completed. It was to be about a 1-2 hour fix, depending on who all they had in front of me.I went to the one nearest my home in Duluth and I must say, the 3 gentlemen that worked on my phone deserved some kind of metal. The screen repair was not an issue but I had experienced some issues with the latest software download earlier, and when they turned the phone off it didn’t recognize my face and countless other issues and Apple locked them out until the next morning. Finally the next morning, after staying late the night before, they came in early and worked on it and contacted Apple and got them to cooperate and they all got it up and running again. What seemed like an easy fix turned out to be one of there most difficult repairs. John, Able and Dillon were so wonderful. If more people had as much pride in their work as these 3 guys do, what an amazing Country we could be! I’m so very grateful for the great work they did on my phone but more than anything the confidence they continued to assure me with that everything was going to be just fine. Thank you guys. I am very impressed by, and grateful for, the service I received. Every person with whom I interacted was calm, well- informed, and even friendly. I had some unusual requests and at no time did their response communicate anything but respect for my concerns. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are terrific.😊

If I could give them less than 1, I would. Service bad, person upfront not helpful. Only 1 tech couldn't take or check my phone today. If you have so much business why have 1 tech only. This is the contracted service for Samsung, AT&T insurance. Maybe other type of customers are treated better,not the ones who have to submit claims.

I had come in for a bead that was stuck in my headphone jack and couldn’t get it out at home. Abel was very respectful and acknowledged my concerns. He was able to get it all fixed up in no time and will definitely come back for any other tech concerns in the future.

Worst store service I ever had. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It can even be another uBreakiFix store. The guys here are real amateurs. I could hear them talk in the backroom about how they didn't even know how to fix a device and didn't have the proper tools. No wonder they came back from the backroom with a completely wrong diagnosis of my device and not listening to the customer. The owner should re-think his hiring process and get rid of the rude staff that drives people away.
