I highly recommend PJC Computer Services! Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my computer. He was able to repair it efficiently and at a very reasonable price. I was particularly impressed with his excellent communication throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was his willingness to assist me quickly when I was in a pinch. I came into upgrade the ram and storage on my gaming laptop and it was very easy and fast to get it taken care of. I was only charged $50 for both services which is a pretty fair price. I would recommend going there for all your computer/laptop needs.

Save my life!!! I would like to give home 10 stars if possible!!! My son set up my dell computer without my permission, and made it stuck on logo screen which made me mad, because all of my work documents are in that computer, I have to spend moths to find the documents back if I lost them. I sent it to a computer technician and he told me he has no way to diagnosis the problem. One of friend recommended me pJC computer, he solved the problem and saved my work very quickly! Thank you! Thanks God!

I found Paul and JCP Computers because I was in a fan issue with a work computer. He diagnosed the issue within a couple of hours and called me and said that it was under warranty and I should contact the manufacturer. I handled it directly with Lenovo and all is well on that front. I had a recent issue with my 14 month old Dell personal laptop. The machine would not power up completely and show display properly, so I went back to Paul. This was not warranty work. Again, Paul quickly diagnosed it within a couple of hours. He called me and explained to me very carefully what the issue was and what it was going to take to fix it. He gave me pricing options on the level of file work he would/would not have to recover. Thankfully all of my work was backed up and all I had to do was re-install Office from my Microsoft account. It was very simple. I will use Paul and PJC Computers exclusively from now on. The work was prompt, communication was excellent, pricing was very fair (a failed Solid State Drive had to be replaced, it was a bad part = new machine), friendly service and a great local business. Thanks, Paul, for saving my two computers. Keep up the great work.
