I had a non functional 4090 and although they don't work on graphics cards, they helped me out none the less to the best of their ability. They also gave me contacts to people who could help me repair my broken 4090 and helped me troubleshoot. Highly recommend, wonderful people!

Alex is clearly very knowledgeable, intelligent, patient and most of all fair. I came in with a laptop that was overheating and wouldn't turn on. My main priority was to save the data; while I had most items backed up, I did not have everything. Alex not only retrieved my data, he did so within 24 hours which was a huge comfort. He was quick to communicate and very flexible. He did manage to get the computer up and running despite the long-term overheating I'd been unknowingly subjecting it to. Alex fixed my lenovo yoga laptop, the keyboard was giving me issues, because of the style and build of the keyboard, he had to get me a totally new one. It was repaired within days, the cost was fair. My keyboard works now, it's wonderful to have all your keys working. Would use his service again, and will recommend to family and friends.
