If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a tv and had an appointment for delivery and installation. They rescheduled my delivery 3 different times without even making me aware. I have to constantly be calling to find out what is going on. And what’s worst is everything I call I get representatives outside of the country that cannot help me. At this point I just want a full refund 😡😡😡😤

After explaining everything to the manager, and showing him a picture of where I wanted my TV mounted, he assured me they could and would do it. They (Christopher and a helper) came in and refused to do the install. They claimed they couldn't do it safely, even though I pulled up OSHA standards and showed them pictures of how it could be safely done, as well as how the previous TV was installed, and they still refused! ....So I recommend Telliwall they will come out and actually do the job they are paid to do!

Poor customer service and seemed like the computer tech wanted to argue. Was working alone and kept complaining about things being hectic but no one was in the store. Decided to buy a computer and manager wanted us to check-in up front at queue to get assitance but there was no one in the store!! I see why they are going out of business.

Not helpful at all. Rude. Have to jump through hoops and give unnecessary information to ever talk to someone. They don't let you tell what's wrong - just wanted to remotely take over mt computer.

Took in Ipad for screen repair. They sent it off, and sent a replacement. We were never told it would be a replacement and not a repair. All data lost. Family pictures and videos gone. Find anyone else you can to repair your stuff.
