Outstanding service and knowledge. Had a home computer that wouldn't boot at all. He saved all my data, installed Windows and then discovered that my secondary hard-drive was not working which was causing my system to not boot. A request that the warranty be honored resulted in a hostile response from the owner. He demanded payment to install a driver to make a computer fully functional. He kept insisting the computer worked perfectly, and I would have to pay him to fix it. That doesn't even make sense. He was aggressive and resorted to name calling.
