screen repair: I paid for a premium screen and asked specifically that it be compatible with the iPhone, simply put I did not get a premium screen, nor was it a good install. At pickup I noticed it was bulging about 1 cm above the iPhone frame and he brushed me off completely. That evening, an hour after pickup, the phone had a warning notification stating display not recognized and after looking into the message it stated further that one of these two things could be the issue. 1. Screen was replaced with a nongenuine display 2. Isn't functioning as expected So I decided to take it back, the next morning. Upon waking up I notice the bulge more, screen not reacting to touch in certain places. When I brought back to the store I was told to pay for another premium screen and no labor, due to there being a hairline split at the top of the screen, which by the looks of it started from the improper install, due to the chip that was on my phone after picking it up the first time. It’s unfortunate I did not receive the premium screen that should have been compatible with the Apple iPhone (which I paid for) and a proper install in the first place. Ps: still no refund

I have used A2Z for years and I have had very good experiences with them. They are honest, get the work done rapidly, and try to help you figure out ways to repair your equipment. They have been very responsible during Covid about masks and so on. (None of that “mask beneath your nostrils” stuff you see everywhere) I highly recommend them..

I brought in my tower to be looked at on a Tuesday, I assumed the mobo had broken and told him so. He told me 72 hours to get it checked out so I left it. I called Friday afternoon and a woman told me that he was still looking at my system. I got a call back from "the tech there" who says it WAS the mobo. This was less than ten minutes later. He then told me it'd cost me over $300 to fix, but he could sell me a refurbished for $350. Seriously? $300 to replace a motherboard? I ordered one from Newegg for $80, installed it, and my girlfriend is playing on it right now. Do you know what soured me the MOST about this experience? When I asked the tech what motherboards he priced, and for the model numbers to look it up, he couldn't give me an answer! So he pulled $300 from THE AIR to try to talk me into buying one of his refurbs. EDITED UPDATE: I have stopped in now and then for adapters, canned air, etc. It's convenient for me for instant gratification. I have not did anything large with them. Updated from 2 to 4 for convenience.

I have purchased a battery from this store before and the tech guy was OK. This time I had a repairing issue. Basically I needed someone to scan and clean up my laptop. I know I could do it myself, but had a security incident and I thought it is better to take the laptop to an expert to make sure my laptop is completely secured. Well, that did not happen with this computer shop! He charged $49 upfront for anti-virus repairing. He said, we will scan the laptop but we may call you if we need to do more scans which may cost you more. I was not convinced that he will do top-notch job but I said let me try him. The laptop stays until the following day and he calls in the morning saying that we ran a scan but the the results showed some ambiguity so we need to run another scan and that will cost you $39. I was already not satisfied with the first charge ($49) and I was pissed that they could not finish in the same day. Ambiguous results, that didn't make sense to me at all!!! Anyway, I told him "Don't run another test I will come and take my laptop". I go the shop and talk to him trying to say well, you are basically scanning the laptop using software and you already are charging $49 for that service and now you want to charge me more for running another scan, so what did the first scan do, basically nothing!! he said it fixed some problems but we need to run another test. he said we are charging this much because it takes a long time to run the scan!.. long story short, I asked him what would be the other scan you will run, it turned out he will repeat the same scan!! I am glad I didn't waste time and money to have him run the same scan again, he was claiming that my laptop is old bla bla.. If this tech person wanted to really help me as a customer and gain my satisfaction, he would ask me to buy the anti-virus and he will install it for me and run the tests. but he is just interested in sucking money using his software that is available for much cheaper price in the marker. I just cannot believe that he is charging this much. I could've simply bought the software and ran the scans on my own and in the end I will have the software. I am never going back to this store again.

Amazing place! Went to two other places that couldn't fix my iphone 5 c screen after I dropped it and the screen went black but they fixed my phone in an hour. I went back the next day and they helped me with my sim card too for free. Great service! They really know what they're doing and have great prices. Would highly recommend.
