I dropped my iMac off there for 12 days and never had any follow up. They told me the problem hardware related and should cost $300. I said ok. Called daily with no answer and no response. Finally I had to demand they give it back only to find out nobody had done anything with it yet. Took the same computer to a different shop and it was fixed within minutes. This happened yesterday. I literally took it to another shop for 20 min and it was fixed. Terrible customer service. Don’t offer to repair devices you are not qualified to repair.

Went in to get a battery replacement,had offered the battery almost a week prior. Dropped my phone off and came back an hour and a half later,with a different guy saying that my phone was taken apart and it would be a few days before it could be fixed. Got my phone back and it hadn't even been worked on. Got my deposit back and went elsewhere. Be careful who you take your phone to to be worked on.

I had noticed I was all of a sudden following their instagram account. Some photos were liked. Mind you I had never personally followed or liked any of their post on my phone. I guess as they were on my phone they went through my account and did all that. Weird. Don't give your password to these people.

Want sure when I walked in because the store looked newly set up. But hey I'm glad to see anybody doing their thing! As soon as I talk to the guy I figured out I was definitely in the right place! Very great customer service up front. Fix my phone right away actually had the parts. I was out of there in 30 minutes. Other places I've dealt with took 3 days to order the parts and a couple hours to install them. These guys were great!

If I could put zero stars I would. I went in to get my phone fixed and the guy told me to come back didn’t give me a claim ticket or anything to say I had left my phone then when I came to pay for it he said if I paid w a credit card it would charge me $20 more as a fee. So I paid cash and asked for a receipt in case it stopped working and he said they don’t give any just to bring it if it stopped working. Phone kept glitching and he said to update it. The phone stopped working after 3 weeks and when I went in he “didn’t remember “ he had fixed it and told me either way I was past my 15 day warranty which I didn’t even get paperwork for and I would have to pay $150 again. I took it somewhere else that charged me 1/2 the price and they told me that this place had put a really cheap screen and charged me like it was an original one. ($150) needless to say I will never go back in there. They are not honest , poor customer service and overall just not professional or stand behind their work.
