DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Horrible experience! January 17th 2025 I went to get my screen replaced same day my screen was freezing. I didn’t go back because maybe it would go away but of course it continued freezing So decided to go today Feb 5th the girl that’s working told us that they couldn’t do nothing about it or replace the screen due to the screen having alot of scratches. When we fixed the phone the owner told us that we had 30 days if their was any issues.Next time they need to say no scratches on screen or anything in order for them to replace the defected screen .I paided $200 to get my screen replaced there. I will have to replace it again and spend more money if I would’ve knew this would’ve happened I would’ve never took my phone here ! Please watch out and make sure this doesn’t happen to you!

Add a phone screen fixed there once and they done a good job on it very good place to go for service

I would not use this place at all. The only thing nice I can say is the woman that works there is friendly. I first called and asked about the phones they had and prices. I was told they had an iPhone 12 for $400. I asked about a trade in. They agreed. I went in and was told the phone was $450. I bought the iPhone 12 for $400-$120 for the trade in. Totaling $280 I provided my old phone and requested a new battery for an up charge. I was first told $45 for it then was told it was $70 extra. Now we are at $350 bc I didn’t pay cash I was charged $381 and some change. They replaced the battery quickly. I went home charged the phone, it took 9 hours to charge. Once charged the phone shut off repeatedly every 5-10 mins. I took the phone back requested my old phone a money back. They refused and gave me another iPhone 12. I was told the battery was at 100% it was not. The battery isn’t great, but at that point it was my only choice. I opted out for the replacement battery. I was told the battery was causing the first phone to shut off, it was a common problem they saw. Aka they are using $10-20 batteries to use and up charging for bad batteries. I would not buy from this business. Not until they are more honest and use products that are better.

I took my phone over there yesterday because it was not charging. It took longer than they said, but they did get the job done and everything’s working fine. If anybody needed their phone repair, I say go to the phone depot.
