Brought my MacBook in and asked if they could look at it as the screen is Backlit but remains black. The girl working asked no questions and simply told me it would have to be sent out. I called a different store who told me that is not necessarily the case and they can look it and let me know what needs to be done. She was rude and I honestly think just didn't want to help. I get it people have bad days but your literal job is tech support.....

Although the staff was very friendly, my consultation turned out to be a waste of time. When I presented my PS4 console to the consultant and described my problem, I was told that they could only work on my PS4 console if it was purchased at Best Buy. Their post clearly states the opposite.

I'd like to leave a review for the Geek Squad in Conyers Georgia. My laptop had died and was still under the one-year manufacturers warranty. I took it to the Conyers location and they shipped it off for repairs. When my laptop arrived at my home the power cord was not with it; apparently it was still at the Conyers store. I spoke with Thomas at the Conyers location and he said I could come pick it up and when I said it would sure be nice to have it sooner than the shipping time would allow he offered to meet me near my home and drop it off, which he did. The service from Geek Squad was very fast and Thomas offering to bring me my power cord definitely went above and beyond.
