404 COMPUTER AND CELL PHONE, PS5,XBOX_REPAIR CONYERS/COVINGTON

DO NOT…. I REPEAT…. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!! 🚨🚨🚨🚨 I reached out to this guy because the HDMI port on my PS5 was loose and needed to be fixed. I gave him my PS5, the next day he calls and wanted me to meet him immediately as if I don’t work or have other things to do in order to get my “repaired” PS5 back. He blew my phone up to meet him so that he could give me my “repaired” PlayStation back and get his money. I met him, got the PS5 and paid him. A couple days later I try to use the PlayStation and it still does not work! I try to call him for 2 days straight and his phone, which was working fine, is now going straight to voicemail. I called the other location to see if they could help and boom, they gave me another number for him. I call that number and I was able to reach him finally. He initially tried to blame me for the PS5 not working but eventually ask me to bring it to him AGAIN. Well guess what? I did, he “repaired” it and once again my PS5 isn’t working. I sent a recorded video to both of his phone numbers asking for a refund and I haven’t received one yet. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. I hope his business is shut down because he is a scam artists. Not only that he is rude as hell. If I ever see you out somewhere, it will get ugly brother. I despise people like you. You can keep the $150, your payback will cost you much more.PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE, DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY 🚨🚨🚨 P.S. He rides around with your product in the trunk of his car and they aren’t secured at all. Just rolling around as he drives. This guy is terrible.

I don't usually post reviews but I feel like the amazing customer service I received from Jeff just warranted it. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my computer was working properly 100% and did it at a VERY competitive price. Even as an IT professional myself, I felt very confident leaving my computer in Jeff's hand. I usually can fix most computer problems myself, but if there comes a time again when I can't, then Jeff is the first person I'm coming to.

Jeff was great. He is very knowledgeable about computers and his price is super reasonable. He delivered on the time frame he gave me also. He saved me 300 dollars as best buy and office depot was charging 400+ for what he did. I was about to buy a whole new computer when i found Jeff. And im glad that i did!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Called the guy Jeff around 8:50-9, he tells me to come @10 and the cost to repair my phone charging port would be $59.99. I get there and he isn’t there until 10:45 and proceeds to tell me I didn’t talk to him and that I talked to his partner lol. Then the $59.99 price changes to $90. I HATE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!!

I needed my charging port on my laptop replaced because it wouldn't charge. I spoke to Jeff at the Conyers location about it and he advised me to bring it in at my earliest convenience. He thoroughly examined it and fixed it super fast. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jeff.
