Been calling for weeks about a back glass for a phone. Each time I called, the associates would say “I ordered it, it should be in today.” Or “check back in a couple of days” now when I called. They advised me to drive to the auburn location, pick it up and then bring it back to them to fix. Horrible customer service man. Edit: The manager reached out and stated that it was a misunderstanding that they would make right. He went to the Auburn location himself, picked up the part, and has scheduled me for service. Greatly appreciated. Great customer service! Edit 2 : Manager said he would personally hold the part and I could come in any time. Get this I come in today to have it repaired. I drive an hour and a half to this place and he says one of his techs used the part. Edit3: Brandon made it right by finding a part for me and putting it on for a great deal. I appreciate him making it right. A lot of people wouldn’t have

Brandon was so helpful, very friendly and super honest. I was surprised that he helped us save money and gave options for our daughter's broken phone. You don't see that type of customer service often. The store was open, clean, welcoming and inviting. We will definitely be back.

I was able to drop my phone off and get my screen fixed within a hour. Which was a life saver. The staff was so helpful and walked me through other updates i didn’t even know my phone had. I would 100% recommend them for all your phone fixing needs.

Had dropped my Galaxy s23 ultra climbing out of my truck. Phone still worked, but was so cracked that biometrics wouldn't work. Brought my phone in next day and fixed in about 2 hours. Fast and reliable! Thank you. Replacement phones are so expensive lately was so glad all is well with this one.
